Courtyard By Marriott Salisbury Hotel, Salisbury

The hotel room was spotless and in a good location. However, I encountered an issue with a soaked mattress on the sleeper sofa meant for my children, which was quite obvious and disappointing. On the plus side, the main bed was comfortable, and the room had nice amenities.

The hotel rooms were clean and spacious but had not been touched by the maid staff, which was disappointing. Despite that, it wasn't even cleaned properly. The service was kind and helpful, but one staff member was rude and unhelpful. The location was perfect, right off the highway and only 5 minutes from charming Salisbury downtown. The dining options were not complimentary; you had to buy from the café/bar downstairs. The facilities offered dry cleaning, shops/commercial services, and laundry.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean and in great condition, despite a slight delay in being ready. The service was a mix of helpfulness and rudeness. The location was convenient with easy access to downtown Salisbury and Raleigh, although not all staff members were very friendly. The dining experience was good, with the Starbucks inside being a nice touch.
